Daniel LUDWIG Consultant (DLC) is a Consultant office, created in September 2008, headquartered in the Nantes Metropole area, France.
Independent Consultant with a long track record in European institutions (EC, GSA-now EUSPA, GJU,ESA), I am involved since 1990 in European GNSS, EGNOS and Galileo, building upon a solid background in Space acquired in CNES, the French Space Agency.
